My practice is intentionally non-traditional, blending evidence-based therapy with creative and reflective approaches to help you explore your inner world. I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all. It can involve untangling old patterns, understanding relational dynamics, processing trauma, or using somatic techniques to honor the body’s wisdom.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I view grief, loss, and life challenges as opportunities for transformation. Past experiences shape your sense of self, your relationships, and how you engage with the world. In our work together, we’ll explore patterns rooted in attachment wounds, trauma, and unhelpful dynamics to support insight, self-compassion, and meaningful change.
My Approach
I take a compassionate, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental approach to therapy, creating a safe space for all parts of your story. My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and trauma-informed somatic therapy, helping you access, understand, and integrate the different parts of yourself while fostering healing, resilience, and growth.
